- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Freed the Matchless General", "Sphere of Chaos", "Field-Commander Rahz", "Last Will", "Witch of the Black Forest", "Flying Kamakiri #1" and "Reinforcement of the Army".
- This card is good combined with "Roc from the Valley of Haze", as it's both a WIND monster and will return to your deck, adverting the discard cost. Also, since "Roc from the Valley of Haze" returns to your deck, it can be summoned with "Ninjitsu Art of Transformation".
- In a Ninja Deck, this card goes hand in hand with Goe Goe the Gallant Ninja. Lady Ninja Yae can ensure that your opponent will have a large hand, and Goe Goe can cause them to lose important cards. Also, you can use Goe Goe the Gallant Ninja as the cost for this card's effect.
- Combo Yae's effect with Guardian Sphinx to bounce your opponent's entire field back to their hand, then activate Heavy Slump. This can be crippling to your opponent, and give you a massive advantage. If you are playing Traditional Format, follow this up with Delinquent Duo and Yata-Garasu for a lock.
- This card is great if your opponent has a Mirror Force or something.
- This card is splashable in a Dragunity Deck as all Dragunity monsters are WIND and many of the Dragunity Tuners need to be in the graveyard in order to be used later.
