- This card works well against DARK Decks, as you can Summon your opponent's banished monsters.
- This card works well against Decks based on "Macro Cosmos".
- Or use "Macro Cosmos" to your advantage and Special Summon the Xyz Material Monster you just banished.
- "Bottomless Trap Hole", "Dimensional Prison", and "D.D. Warrior Lady" can load your opponent's Banished Zone to be used by this card in late-game.
- Don't forget that you are not limited to only bringing back your banished monsters. You can also special summon an opponent's banished monster.
- If you have a non-Xyz monster, recover Tuners like "Plaguespreader Zombie" and "Genex Ally Birdman", and use them for a Synchro Summon.
- Use this card in a RFG Psychic Deck. Summon 2 Level 3 monsters with "Overdrive Teleporter", and Xyz Summon this card. Remove an Xyz Material Monster to bring back either "Esper Girl" or "Mental Seeker" to use their effects.
- You can use the effect of "Tour Guide From the Underworld" to Summon this easily.
- On your first turn, Banish a Level 4 or lower monster with Gold Sarcophagus, Normal Summon Tour Guide From the Underworld, Xyz Summon this card, and Special Summon the banished monster.
- In a "Dark World" deck, you can use "Tour Guide From the Underworld" to special summon "Broww, Huntsman of Dark World" or "Sangan" to Xyz Summon this card and special summon a Dark world monster that has been banished. If it is a dark world monster such as "Snow, Magician of Dark World" or "Broww, Huntsman of Dark World", you can special summon "Grapha, Dragon God of Dark World", easily making this xyz monster a must have in this deck.
- You can use this card in an Agent Deck to Summon the monsters banished for the effect of "Master Hyperion". You can Summon "The Agent of Mystery - Earth" to search for "The Agent of Creation - Venus". On you next turn, Normal Summon "Venus" and use its effect to Summon 3 "Mystical Shine Ball" from your hand/Deck. Then, Summon "Genex Ally Birdman" by returning a "Mystical Shine Ball". You can then Xyz Summon this card and "Gachi Gachi Gantetsu" or "Shine Elf".
- Use the "Mystical Shine Ball" you returned to your hand with "Herald of Orange Light" or Summon it directly back to the field with "Venus". Using the effect of "Levaiel", retrieve one of your banished Tuners (possibly "Earth" due to the Summoning condition of "Hyperion") to Synchro Summon using the remaining "Mystical Shine Ball".
