- You can activate this card's effect with "Morphing Jar #2", "Monster Recovery", "Liberty at Last!" or "Rainbow Dragon".
- Combine this card with "Monster Recovery" or "Compulsory Escape Device" to replace it with a Level 3 monster.
- Combine "Next to be Lost" and "Salvage" or any resurrection spell to make it easier to get 3 Serpentine Princesses on the field.
- Although unusual, you can combo this card with "Hero Mask", choosing "Elemental HERO Neos" while you have a Neo-Spacian monster and perform a Contact Fusion. You can then activate Serpentine Princess' effect to get any Neo-Spacian you have, since all Neo-Spacians are Level 3.
- For added power, follow it up with "O - Oversoul" to Special Summon the Neos you just put into the Graveyard and then make another Contact Fusion.
