"Spore":

Use "Foolish Burial" or "Koa'ki Meiru Gravirose" to send this card to the Graveyard, allowing quick uses of its effect.

Summon "Evil Thorn" and Tribute it for two new copies, then banish "Gigaplant" from the Graveyard making "Spore" become Level 7. Then, you can Synchro Summon "Mist Wurm" without losing any field or hand advantage.
- If you performed the above combo; you'll have at least 1 WIND and 2 DARK monsters in the Graveyard, so you can banish 1 of each to Special Summon "Dark Simorgh". Banish "Tytannial, Princess of Camellias" and use "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation" to perform an OTK.

Send "Dandylion" to your Graveyard and Special Summon 2 "Fluff Tokens", then banish "Dandylion" to Special Summon a "Spore" as a Level 4 monster. Then you can Synchron Summon a Level 5 or 6 Synchro Monster.

Use this monster in conjunction with "Copy Plant" to summon an Xyz Monster of virtually any rank.

Special Summon "Glow-Up Bulb" via its effect and Synchro Summon a monster, after that you can banish "Glow-Up Bulb" to Special Summon "Spore" from your Graveyard.
- Combine the above combo with "Card of Safe Return" to easily draw two cards.
