- Since the effect of "Toy Magician" that involves destroying Spell and Trap cards doesn't specify that the " Toy Magician(s)" have to be face-up or face-down on the field or even in the Monster Card Zones, any " Toy Magicians" that are in the Spell & Trap Card Zones will also count as well.
