"Toy Magician":

This card can be searched via "Witch of the Black Forest" and "Magician's Circle".
Since the effect of "Toy Magician" that involves destroying Spell and Trap cards doesn't specify that the " Toy Magician(s)" have to be face-up or face-down on the field or even in the Monster Card Zones, any " Toy Magicians" that are in the Spell & Trap Card Zones will also count as well when one is Flip Summoned.
