"Vice Dragon":

If you Summoned this card without Tribute, and then "Skill Drain" is later activated, the ATK and DEF are no longer halved. If "Skill Drain" is later destroyed, the ATK and DEF still remain at 2000 and 2400.

When you summoned this card without Tribute it has the correct requirements to activate Crush Card Virus.

This card can be used as an alternative to Cyber Dragon for the purposes of tribute fodder or a quick Synchro Summon. Its effect also allows it to dodge Bottomless Trap Hole.

This card will work well with Strong Wind Dragon, giving it an automatic ATK increase of 1000 after you tribute Vice Dragon.

This cards works well with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon by filling in the need for a dragon to be removed from play to special summon Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon if you don't have another lower level Dragon to normal summon. If Vice Dragon is used this way, it also saves you a normal summon.

If you Special Summon this card and use Inferno Reckless Summon, you can Special Summon another two copies of it from your Deck or Graveyard.

You will need the following cards in hand: Vice Dragon, Cards of Consonance, mind control and or brain control, heavy storm, white stone of legend, and debris dragon. It is easiest if your opponent has two monsters on his/her side of the field and you will most likely have to draw the other brain control or mind control. Use heavy storm if you need to, then activate cards of consonance to discard white stone of legend and draw two cards (and grab a blue-eyes if you want). Then special summon vice dragon, normal summon debris dragon which special summons white stone of legend. Mind control and brain control the two monsters, tune vice dragon and white stone of legend for iron chain dragon. Tune iron chain dragon and debris dragon for trident dragion. Trident Dragion lets you destroy two cards you control to attack up to three times, so destroy the two monsters you took from your opponent and attack three times for a total of 9000 damage (3000atk x 3 attacks). This also works with cyber dragon or oracle of the sun.
