- Ccarayhua（Qaraywa） means lizard in Quechua language.
- Black Rose Dragon is the antithesis to this card; Black Rose destroys all cards on the field when it's summoned, where as Ccarayhua destroys all cards on the field when it's destroyed.
- Instead of absorbing his soul, Ccarayhua literally ate' Sayer. Ccarayhua is the first of the Earthbound Immortals to actually eat someone.
