- This is one of the cover cards of Judgment of the Light: Deluxe Edition.
- This monster appears in the artwork of "Spellbook of Judgment" and "Spellbook of Miracles".
- This card is based on the Tarot card, The Empress, the third of the Major Arcana cards.
- This card's Japanese name, Trice, is from the French word for empress, impératrice.
- The shield that she is holding might be a reference to the heart-shaped stone on the Tarot card The Empress from the Rider-Waite tarot deck.
- This could be proved by the orbs on Empress' shield, which also seem to form the Venus symbol, which is also depicted on that stone.
- The shield that she is holding might be a reference to the heart-shaped stone on the Tarot card The Empress from the Rider-Waite tarot deck.
- This card acts as a counterpart to "Hierophant of Prophecy," as this card destroys monsters while "Hierophant" destroys Spell/Trap Cards.
- This monster's scepter bears a resemblance to the Emperor's Key. It shares the trait of having such an item with two other "Prophecy" monsters - "Emperor" and "Hierophant".
- These 3 monsters appear to be in the same "room." The thrones of this monster and "Emperor" face each other, while the throne of "Hierophant" is between them.
