- This card is named after Cercyon, a Greek mythological figure.
- This monster is the reincarnation of "Evilswarm Ouroboros" because of its wings bears resemblance to that of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier". This monster is also carrying the "Gishki Aquamirror" because "Trishula" was ressurected into "Ouroboros" with the help of the Gishki clan, and it also explains why it is a Spellcaster.
- The other staff that this card is holding is Caduceus, the symbol of commerce.
- This card has a parallel effect to that of "Constellar Sombres". In addition, it seems to be the "Evilswarm" version of the aforementioned monster, as it has very similar characteristics, such as the horns, wings, and stars that look similar to the one seen on most "Constellar" monsters.
- This is the only "Evilswarm" monster whose ATK does not end in 50.
- This monster appears to be carrying the Gishki Aquamirror.
- This monster may be a corrupted grown-up version of "Constellar Hawwa", as seen with his face helmet and the Caduceus/Rod of Asclepius along with being the same Type as its previous form.
- The orbs orbiting this monster resemble Xyz Material.
