- This card is one of only four cards to have been Forbidden in the past but is now Unlimited. The other three are "Breaker the Magical Warrior", "United We Stand", and "Chaos Sorcerer".
- This card appears in the artwork of "Weed Out".
- In the Yu-Gi-Oh! video games for the Nintendo DS, her 3D graphic has brown hair as opposed to her pink hair in the card artwork.
- This card has an alternate form called "Counselor Lily".
- Despite having the word Fairy in her name, "Injection Fairy Lily" is actually a Spellcaster. However, her upgraded form, "Counselor Lily", is a Fairy.
