- This card is the cover card of Cosmo Blazer.
- The "Fake" and "Heart" in this card's name refer to Dr. Faker and Mr. Heartland, respectively.
- The capitalization in "Heart-eartH", is probably because the 2 words are anagrams.
- Apparently this card is a reference to Final Fantasy XI's Shinryu. Oddly enough, the kanjis for Shinryu can be found in the card's Japanese name, and also the monster's effect of returning after being destroyed may be a reference to the "Auto-Reraise" effect granted by the equipment looted from Shinryu.
- This is the first Rank 9 monster to require three Xyz Materials.
- This card's body is similar to "Number 20: Giga-Brilliant".
- This monster appears to have what looks like a human heart on its rib cage-like chest.

However in the OCG/TCG, it can banish cards at the cost of an Xyz Material, but it needs to have an Xyz Material to revive itself.
