  • This card is based on the dragon designs that have wings instead of front limbs.
  • The Bandai version of this card has 1700 ATK & 1600 DEF, whereas the Konami version has 1400 ATK & 1200 DEF.
  • This card was the first monster played by Yami Yugi.
  • This card is very similar to a monster Yami Yugi played against Seto Kaiba in Season 0. It was named "Pterosaur Guardian of the Fortress".
  • This card's attack in the anime is "Fireball Attack", contrary to its WIND attribute and the flavor text saying this card's signature attack is a sweeping dive.
