Espa Roba- A young duelist who entered Battle City to uphold his reputation and protect his younger brothers. Roba used "physchic powers" to predict his opponent's cards. His powers were actually his little brothers using binoculars to spy on his opponent's cards from rooftops. They would then relay the cards to Espa thru a micropiece.
