Card Appearances:Clear Phantom
- In episode 173, Yusuke Fujiwara uses this card during his duel against Atticus Rhodes. He Normal Summons this card on the first turn of the duel. Later "Red-Eyes Wyvern" attacks and destroys this card, but this activates this card's effect, destroying "Red-Eyes Wyvern" and forcing Atticus to discard the top three cards of his Deck to the Graveyard. In the next episode, Yusuke banishes this card and "Clear Rage Golem" from his Graveyard in order to activate "Clear Sacrifice".
- In episode 175, Yusuke uses this card during his Triangle Duel against Jaden Yuki and Jesse Anderson. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. On Yusuke's next turn, this card attacks "Elemental HERO Wildheart". "Wildheart" then destroys this card, however this activates this card's effect, destroying "Wildheart" and forcing Jaden to discard the top three cards of his Deck to the Graveyard. Yusuke later banishes this card and "Clear Rage Golem" in order to activate "Clear Sacrifice".
- Its attack name in the Japanese version is "Clean Kill".
