- In episode 110, Jim Crocodile Cook uses this card during his Duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. After this card is summoned, Jim activates this card's first effect to revive Hassleberry's "Sabersaurus" under his control. Due to this card's second effect, its ATK becomes equal to the ATK of "Sabersaurus". This card then attacks directly. Later Hassleberry activates "Tail Swipe" to return this card and "Sabersaurus" to their owners' hands. On the last turn of the Duel, Jim activates "Specimen Inspection" to send this card from his hand to the Graveyard and declare to Hassleberry that he needs to send a Level 8 Dinosaur-type monster from his Deck to the Graveyard. Hassleberry then sends "Ultimate Tyranno" from his Deck to the Graveyard. Jim then activates "Fossil Fusion" to banish this card and "Ultimate Tyranno" from both players' Graveyards in order to Fusion Summon "Fossil Dragon Skullgios".
- In episode 125, Jim uses this card during his Duel against Anger Mask. He sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard in order to activate "Specimen Inspection".
