OCG Rulings
- "Bound Wand" can be equipped to a face-up Spellcaster monster in your Monster Zone or a face-up Spellcaster monster in your opponent's Monster Zone.[1]
- The effect that increases the ATK of the equipped monster does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- The effect that Special Summons the monster this card was equipped to activates in the Graveyard and starts a Chain Link. (It does not target. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- This effect cannot be activated if both "Bound Wand" and the equipped monster are destroyed by a card effect at the same time.[1]
