OCG Rulings

• The effect "This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while on the field or in the GY" is not an Ignition Effect, Trigger Effect, Quick Effect, or Continuous Effect.

• The effect "You can discard 1 other monster; Special Summon this card from your hand" is an Ignition Effect that activates in the hand. (It does not target. Discarding 1 monster other than "Cyber Dragon Nachster" itself is a cost to activate this effect.)

• The effect of a "Cyber Dragon Nachster" in the hand can be activated while the effect of "Macro Cosmos" is applying. The monster discarded as a cost to activate the effect of "Cyber Dragon Nachster" is banished instead of being sent to the Graveyard, and "Cyber Dragon Nachster" is Special Summoned as usual.

• The effect "If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Machine monster in your GY with 2100 ATK or DEF; Special Summon it, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Machine monsters" is a Trigger Effect. (It can be activated during the Damage Step.)

• This effect targets 1 Machine monster in your Graveyard with 2100 ATK or 1 Machine monster in your Graveyard with 2100 DEF.

• When resolving the effect of "Cyber Dragon Nachster", if the targeted monster is no longer in the Graveyard, it is not Special Summoned. Even in this case, the resolution of "you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Machine monsters" is still applied.

• Since "Cyber Dragon Sieger" and "Cyber Dragon Nova" are Machine monsters with 2100 ATK, if they are sent to the Graveyard after being Special Summoned by the regular procedure, they can be targeted by the effect of "Cyber Dragon Nachster". You cannot target a "Cyber Dragon Sieger" or "Cyber Dragon Nova" that was sent directly from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of "Extra-Foolish Burial".
