- Special Summoning this card from the hand does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- The effect that activates when this card is Special Summoned by the method described in its text targets 1 "Gagaga" monster you control.[1]
- The effect that "this card's Level becomes the Level of that monster" cannot target itself or another monster of the same Level.[1]
- "Gagaga Child" can be Special Summoned by the method described in its text during the Main Phase 2. However, the effect that "this card's Level becomes the Level of that monster" cannot be activated during the Main Phase 2.[2]
