- You can Tribute 1 of your 0 ATK monsters and 1 of your opponent's 0 ATK monsters to Special Summon "Reptilianne Vaskii."[1]
OCG Rulings
- The text "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 face-up monsters with 0 ATK on either side of the field." of "Reptilianne Vaskii" is a procedure used to Special Summon "Reptilianne Vaskii". It is not treated as the effect of an Effect Monster.[2]
- The effect of "Reptilianne Vaskii" which destroys targets one monster of your opponent's.[2]
- You can Special Summon "Reptilianne Vaskii" by Tributing one 0-ATK monster on your side of the field and one 0-ATK monster on your opponent's side of the field.[3]
