OCG Rulings
- The "When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard; place it on either the top or bottom of their Deck" effect is a Trigger Effect. (This effect targets 1 card in the opponent’s Graveyard. This effect can also be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- Whether to place the targeted card on the top or the bottom of the Deck is decided when the effect resolves.[1]
- This effect cannot be activated if "Wattsychic Fighter" is Special Summoned by a card effect activated as Chain Link 2 or higher.[1]
- Even at the time of this effect resolution, "Wattsychic Fighter" is no longer on the field, the effect still resolves normally.[1]
