Is there a card that can single-handedly, single-sidedly, lock down each and every Spell and Trap your opponent tries to throw at you? Yes, yes there is. Now, you might be asking: What type could this card possibly be? What does it look like? Well, your answer is here. Cute, isn't he? Well, it's time to abuse this little weed like no tomorrow.

I'm trying to bring out Bamboochute as soon as possible, of course by Tributing a Naturia friend. Now, the only way for you to win is to either beat his face in, or start activating some Effect Monsters. I think Bottomless Trap Hole, Divine Wrath, and Book of Moon can handle those, while Fruitfly drains your monsters ATK and DEF strength, and occasionally snatches a monster for myself.

Bamboochute is my best friend here, although I think I need a couple more ways to search him, or thin my deck. Naturia Cliff is an awsome searcher, although it's unfortunate when he misses the timing. Fruitfly is a nice way to drop the ATK and DEF of my opponents monsters, making it hard for my opponent to beat down Bamboochute. Mantis is a way to stave off Normal Summons, while Beans can be used for easy Tribute fodder, and minor damage. Hostneedle can smash Special Summons, and is a handy beatstick. Butterfly is my main Tuner, although I think I need more. He's some nice ATK negation, and can fill my Grave for Pot of Avarice.

There aren't many Spells here. Naturia Forest is a minor search engine, and it replaces the cost for Divine Wrath. Anyway, Book of Moon stops most Effect monsters, makes creatures weaker to kill, ect, ect, ect. Mystical Space Typhoon is easy removal on a card they can't chain to, Shrink rejects a monster trying to kill my forest friends, and Pot of Avarice is some card advantage, and reusage of monsters.

Bottomless Trap Hole is the easy answer out while Bamboochute is out, and I'm playing 3 Divine Wrath, as that would be the main way my friendly stalk of bamboo will die. Solemn Judgment is some more negation that helps Naturia Forest, and Wall of Thorns is a rude way to smack my opponent for attempting to harm my ace card. Call of the Haunted can bring back Tribute fodder.

Please give me suggestions on how to improve this deck!--Akiza Izayoi 01:02, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

I don't know about Naturia Forest. You have only 4 cards that can trigger its effect. Runer5h 02:20, April 21, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Well I do have my Synchros, Balkion, Beast, and Landols... But what other negations do you recommend, since I probably won't have many Synchros out with only 2 Tuners?--Akiza Izayoi 03:14, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Your deck only has 39 cards. On a more serious note, are you 2 Wall of Thorns' to protect your Bamboochute more? You only have 7 plant type monsters in your deck total. Other than Pot of Avarice I didn't see any draw power, so getting a Wall of Thorns would be lucky imo. Also to me it seems this deck needs a lot of recycling due to the monsters effects which to get your monsters rolling and possibly very few cards in you hand. Have you tested the deck out at all? Pyles89 04:01, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

No, I haven't tested the deck out yet. I honestly just put it together in under twenty minutes, because I realized I had the time to get on, make and post the deck. I realized at the time of posting that it would probably be shaky at best. However, I made A LOT of edits. Check them out, and tell me what you think.--Akiza Izayoi 05:01, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

I really like the deck. Seems it can be extremely annoying to go against. I wonder if it would be worth it to find a few more tuners to add to the deck since the Naturia Synchros are really good. All in all I really like the deck and look forward to how you develop it further. Pyles89 22:17, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

After an amazing duel for the test run, the deck runs very well. I got the lock out with Bamboochute, and kept it out for quite a few turns. Creature Swap also proved incredibly useful. I do agree that I need more Tuner Monsters though, did you have anything in mind?--Akiza Izayoi 01:03, April 22, 2010 (UTC)

Haha I just finished reading your duel with the deck. It was a good test run duel. What about the other 3 Naturia tuners Naturia Cosmos Beet, Naturia Nerve, and Naturia Triumph? All 3 of those are also plants to use for Wall of Thorns and Pollinosis. Pyles89 01:26, April 22, 2010 (UTC)
Seconded - that duel was amazing. It also showed off my deck pretty well too. Runer5h 02:34, April 22, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h
Haha I liked your deck also Runer5h, although I am more partial to these Naturias :) Scraps look like fun to though! Pyles89 02:38, April 22, 2010 (UTC)

I know that someone suggested this, but you should run at least 1 Cactus Bouncer. Alternatively, after dueling my Dragunities... how does Royal Oppression sound to you? It can slow down stronger decks, and won't interfere with, for instance, your searchers (Giant Rat and Naturia Cliff). Sure, it messes up Dandylion, but it's a small price to pay, really. Runer5h 02:59, April 24, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

For starters, I dropped a Wall of Thorns for Mirror Force, and I removed a Giant Rat for a Cactus Bouncer. I like the idea of Oppression, A LOT. It does mess up Cliff when not used in the Damage Step, but I can live with that. What do you think I should remove?--Akiza Izayoi 04:12, April 24, 2010 (UTC)

Oh, I don't know... there's quite a few options. Maybe some of the copies of Book of Moon. Runer5h 04:35, April 24, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Hmm... All right. Dropped a Book of Moon for two Oppressions. And I do think I need more ways to search my Bamboochute... I'm thinking Gold Sarcophagus, but it's reasonably slow.--Akiza Izayoi 19:13, April 24, 2010 (UTC)

Have you look at cards from Starstrike blast? A lot of good cards such as Balkion's scale and Extrio's Fang is powerful. You maybe time for tweaking your deck. BTW, your deck is great! -pacey291

I've debated on it, but i'm still unsure of what to take out.--Akiza Izayoi 16:59, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

You could try to use Pot of Duality and Naturia Cherry.

Naturia Cherry is like Cherry Immato, but they are special summoned face down. -SunMoon

They are also weaker, have fewer targets, and are lower Level... but I see your point. I might add in a few for deck thinning purposes.--Akiza Izayoi 17:10, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

You could try Divine Warning too, but it is up to you.

Some people dont like using that card. -SunMoon

That thing is.... Awsome. I'll actually drop both Bottomless Trap Holes for it, since it triggers Naturia Forest and actually NEGATES the Summon. (I'm looking at you, Brionac.)--Akiza Izayoi 17:16, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

If you are going to focus on plants you can add lonefire.

You should consider using Naturia Cherry.

Since it is a Tuner and you can bring out 2 more copies of it.

-SunMoon

I'll consider Cherry, but i'm really interested in Extrio's Fang right now. I hope that it's lore doesn't get changed, because it's brutally powerful the way it is now. Instant S/T negation, at the cost of one card from my hand? I think Naturia Forest and Dandylion can help me cope with the loss.

EDIT: I removed a Pollinosis and Wall of Thorns for two Fangs. It requires less field commitment, and Divine Warning should do a good job of stopping Summons.--Akiza Izayoi (talkcontribs) 08:12, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Seems like a control build, so...

See if you can find a way to squeeze in Bottomless Trap Hole, Dimensional Prison, Compulsory Evacuation Device, etc. As someone who runs Bamboochute Control, Bamboochute's biggest fear is getting run over by battle. The above three cards are amazing at infuriating your opponent and protecting your monster, as well as cards like Book of Moon, Shrink, etc.

I actually ended up replacing Bottomless for Divine Warnings. It actually NEGATE's the Summon, so there's no Priority issues with Brionac or Black Rose Dragon. It also can trigger my Naturia Forest under certain circumstances. As for protecing Bamboochute from battle, i've got my Fruitflies to solve the problem of strong monsters, and I do play 3 Book of Moon.--Akiza Izayoi (talkcontribs) 04:14, July 14, 2010 (UTC)
