Forum:Covert Ninja Deck

This is an OTK style Ninja deck. It's still in the beginning stages of being developed and I would like some input on how to make it run faster and more consistent.

The basic strategy is to clear my opponent's field, then summon 2 Blade Armor Ninja to each attack twice with their effects for game. There's also Uria, Lord of Searing Flames to benefit from the numerous continuous traps along with clearing my spell/trap zones and taking out one set spell/trap of my opponent's per turn. I may try to refocus this deck more on wind attribute monsters for Lady Ninja Yae effect to trunade my opponent. I'd use Mist Valley Baby Roc to special summon and tune for Synchro and possibly Koa'ki Meiru Drago and Dodger Dragon.

Ok so you want to run OTK Ninjas, or as I call them Spam Ninjas. To try and run this deck you never want to have a 'dead' hand, as well as that you'll need to focus on card negation for your spell and traps to ensure you can always activate your cards effects and attack and you will want speed above everything else. As Spam Ninjas are at their most powerful at the beginning of a duel. So then what to add and remove to give you that speed.

For starters remove the 2 Uria, they are far to slow for this deck, as well as the Air Armor Ninja. Replace them with 3 Photon Thrashers. Get rid of the Sangan, add in one more Hanzo. Take out Lady Ninja Yae, add in one more Goblindberg.

Side the Veilers and Armor Ninjitsu Art of Rust Mist, get rid of Instant fusion, Inferno Reckless Summon, Safe Zone, Torrential Tribute, Gravity Bind, and the Copy Knights.

Add in one more Warrior Returning Alive, 2 Dark Bribes, 3 Divine Wraths, 3 Fiendish Chains, 3 Forbidden Lance, 3 Forbidden Chalices, 2 MST, 2 Solemn Warnings and 3 Burdens of the Mighty.

Add 3 Maxx "C" to your side.

For your extra deck, focus on rank 4 XYZs, in that regard add in the third Blade Armor Ninja as it's silly to try and run a Ninja OTK deck without it. The rest of the rank 4s are up to you but I'd highly suggest Larvalval Chain when he comes to the TCG.

Right that's it for Spam Ninjas, I'm currently play testing an 'alternate' version of them and if they're any good I'll post them up here--The FireFALL (talkcontribs) 11:00, February 23, 2012 (UTC) Going by your suggestions, that would be a 49 card deck? Whoops, forgot to say take out the Calls of the Haunted, Fake Trap and Dark Hole. That should bring it down to 44. Still a bit high (I like 42 card decks) but it runs all right even with those few extra.

I used Number 39: Utopia, add Double or Nothing!, Gogogo Giant and Gogogo Golem which I have not been able to remove, and as distraction away from my ninjas, future fusion with red-eyes darkness metal dragon, pulsar, and red-eyes wyvern. Vulcansaurus used with Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon, tricky, turret warrior. The result, 60 cards in main deck.....--Hanisnordan (talkcontribs) 13:56, February 23, 2012 (UTC)

60 cards in a main deck is not a good thing. Out of those cards I'd only put Utopia in a Spam Ninja deck, the dragons go in the Chaos Ninja deck and Turret Warrior is used for a Armor Ninja deck. As for the Gagaga and Gogogo stuff, it doesn't work at all with Ninjas.--The FireFALL (talkcontribs) 14:22, February 23, 2012 (UTC)
