Aren't the Djinn of Rituals too broken? The effects are just too strong and easy too use, ritual decks would just send some of them to the graveyard by milling their deck, using card that discards for cost or even Ritual Summon to send them from their hand to the Graveyard. And then they probably won't have to tribute other monsters other than them, and tribute as many of them as possible as long as the total level are reached.(except Contract with the Abyss, Earth Chant, Nekroz Ritual Spell Cards, etc. which takes exact level for its Ritual Summon). So I think most of them should go up on the lists, especially Djinn Releaser of Rituals, it shut down any Special Summon by your opponent ,and to stop this is to make the Ritual Summoned Monster not face-up on the field,so negating the Ritual Monster's effects won't help because it is Releaser's effect. By the way, their common effect is "When you Ritual Summon a monster, you can banish this card from your Graveyard as 1 of the monsters REQUIRED for the Ritual Summon.". So if we tribute enough monster(s), can we banish more Djinns from the graveyard as they are "required" for the Ritual Summon? If not then it would make them rather less broken.Chcfd (talkcontribs) 07:04, March 31, 2015 (UTC)

yep their broken, especially the lower level from 3-1, card can use their graveyard effect to get advantage over the opponent also these card can be search out by other cards like "Scram, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" ,"Tour Guide From the Underworld" "Foolish Burial" and etc. Nekroz also abuse these card which give them advantage over their foe, "Nekroz of Trishula" with this card "Djinn Releaser of Ritual" basically equal game( Nekroz of Trishula banish three one from hand, field and graveyard, then Releaser lock off your opponent special summon).MSBlinga (talkcontribs) 18:13, March 31, 2015 (UTC)

I don't think they are inherently broken on their own, they've been a part of the game since Absolute Powerforce, maybe even a bit longer. They were never really a problem before the rise of Nekroz, and the only place you ever saw one of the Djinns before Nekroz was in Relinquished decks and Herald of Perfection decks. If anything, the decks that use them so well are the main problem. --Dark Ace SP (TalkPage) 22:50, March 31, 2015 (UTC)
