For example, i got Brain Research Lab and DNA Surgery(Psychic) on the field, can my opponent use Brain Research Lab effect to summon non Psychic monster because it will treated as Psychic on the field? or it must be Psychic from hand?

does Pandaborg or Doctor Cranium effect resolves before or after Telepathic Power effect resolve? (can i choose what chain to resolve first?)

does using Telekinetic Shocker's effect to save another Psychic from being destroyed by battle still allows the activation of Telepathic Power? if yes, who's effect resolves first?

does the effect of Brain Research Lab can be used to pay for maintenance cost of Grapple Blocker and Mind Protector? how about Thought Ruler Archfiend, Doctor Cranium and Pandaborg? who are the Psychic monsters that cannot use Brain Research Lab effect of putting counters rather than paying lp?

does Mind Protector's controller requires to pay 500 lp until the player has less than 500 lp or it is optional? does Grapple Blocker works just like Mind Protector

does Telekinetic Charging Cell works on all Psychic type monsters that require lifepoint payment (except Pandaborg and Doctor Cranium)?

does Psychic Sword boost changes every time the life point difference changes?

in what ways(cards/effect) a face up Brain Research Lab can be negated {not destroyed or removed from the field}? if its negated its counters are removed right?

does atk boosts from monster effects are removed (like Reinforced Human Psychic Borg) if Skill Drain is used after boosting?

1. Your opponent cannot use your field spell cards because it is not theirs. It's also the same with "Magical Citadel of Endymion" in which the card controller can only use it. Just read the rulings earlier, sorry. they can summon if the monster is psychic but cant use the ff effects of BRL. --SilentHero26 08:05, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

2. "Telepathic Power" will resolve first. They didn't activate at the same time because you will choose to chain "Telepathic Power" or not. A chain will build wherein "Telepathic Power" will resolve first.

3. You cant chain "Telepathic Power" since the monster must be destroyed in battle to activate it.

4. BRL can only put psychic counter if the psychic monster will use LP to activate an effect, not in maintenance cost. Just look if the card has "every standby phase" or something then it is a maintenance cost.

5. Maintenance cost is not optional. If you can't pay the cost then the card will be destroyed. It will continue until you can't pay. If the text said "must", then you need to pay it. --SilentHero26 08:05, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

6. Yes, you dont need to pay LP to activate their effect. But still, you still need to pay maintenance costs.

7. Yes.

8. You cannot negate the damaging effect of BRL because it doesn't start a chain. But you can activate "Rainbow Life" before BRL is removed to increase your LP instead.

9. No. "Skill Drain" can only negate effects if it is in the field. If the effect already happened before the activation of "Skill Drain", then it can't be negated.

destroying is very different from negating effect. ill just make the question simpler, does Imperial Order negating spell cards can remove counters on the field, i.e Magical Citadel of Endymion or any spell card that can have counters on it?

1) Yes! The opponent can use the "extra Summon" effect of your Brain Research Lab. By the way, he must Summon a monster that is Psychic-type in the hand. So he cannot Summon non-Psychic monsters with DNA Surgery on the field.

7) If Imperial Order is activated, then Brain Research Lab will lose its counters.

thats what i want to clarify thanks, btw are there any cards besides Imperial Order that can negate spells after the continuous spell is active on the field for many turns? (since Imperial Order is forbidden a very long time ago thanks June23ly 02:35, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
