Well i have two questions about them.

First, Earthbound Linewalker prevents your earthbound gods from being destroyed by their effects. But if you have a face-up Earthbound Linewalker, a face-up Earthbound Immortal Uru and a face down Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua(it doesn't metter which earthbound gods are face-up and face down) and ccarayhua is flipped face-up. Do you have to destroy one of the Earthbounds?

And second, Card Rulings:The Legendary Fisherman states that if Legendary Fisherman is the only monster you control while Umi is face up your opponent CAN attack you directly becouse The Legendary FIsherman Can't be selected as an attack target. Why that doesn't applies to earthbound gods?--Gabriel 95 (talkcontribs) 18:02, August 15, 2010 (UTC)

Now that's good questions... for first one; from my theory that I am knowledge - Linewalker prevent them be destroy, yes, then they can stay on the field, almost like Malefic World for Malefic monsters, except the fact that the field could give them access to attack power and random pick instead of draw. And for second - I am sure it's because Konami Said So. --FredCat T.P.F.R.J.R. 18:10, August 15, 2010 (UTC)
1) Earthbound Linewalker prevents the "Earthbound Immortals" from being destroyed by their own effects. If a face-down "Earthbound Immortal" is flipped face-up while another "Earthbound Immortal" is also face-up on the field, then the flipped "Earthbound Immortal" will be destroyed by game mechanics. Earthbound Linewalker does not prevent that destruction.
2) If a monster prevents the opponent's monsters from attacking it, like The Legendary Fisherman or Guardian Kay'est, then the opponent can bypass that monster and attack directly if that monster is the only monster on the opponent's field..
If a monster prevents the opponent from attacking it, like the "Earthbound Immortals", then the opponent cannot declare an attack if that monster is the only monster on the opponent's field.
If a monster mentions neither the opponent or the opponent's monsters, like Solar Flare Dragon, then it works the same as the "Earthbound Immortals".
