Did we have anything called end step of Main Phase 1? I mean if turn player declares end MP1 and before chooses enter BP, his oponent can actives Effect Veiler or Formula Synchron's effects or not?--Lê (talk • contribs) 04:26, February 1, 2011 (UTC)
The turn player must declare that they are ending Main Phase 1 before moving on. By declaring that they are about to end it, Priority is automatically passed to the opponent; if the opponent also passes, then the Battle Phase is entered; if the opponent does not pass, they can activate a card. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 04:30, February 1, 2011 (UTC)
