Here's my Machina Gadget deck. Chimeratech isn't the sole win condition, rather, it is just an alternate one. The main goal is to summon Fortress and keep him alive/recycle. Force is extra fodder and searchable by Gearframe if I already have Fortress in my hand (which is nice). Peacekeeper is good to get Gearframe and acts as a safeguard for certain cards (because if he is destroyed as an equip card I still get to search Gearframe). Everything else should be good; but I'm open to other suggestions.

Take out Force for Scrap Recycler, Force has no place in a serious Machina deck.--Helix-king (talkcontribs) 13:29, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

Hm? Of course he does. Machina Force is searchable by Machina Gearframe making for an easy Machina Fortress summon. If you're competent you'll know when to search for him; like if you have both Gearframe and Fortress in your hand; otherwise I always go for Fortress when summoning Gearframe. He's far from useless. Scrap Recycler is only good if I've got a few Gadgets or Gearframes in the graveyard, otherwise I can't really take advantage of him. I'd rather add Foolish Burial than use the slow Scrap Recycler. --CardApp (talkcontribs) 17:46, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

Trust me, i saw EVERY machina deck at nationals, none of them with Force made it pass round 2, others got to semi-finals. Coincidence? No.--Helix-king (talkcontribs) 18:32, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

He's been very successful with me so far though; I have Scrap Recycler in the side deck if I ever need to swap them out. Who made it to the finals with whichever deck doesn't really matter (obviously those who made the top 8 do), maybe those who ran Force used it inefficiently who knows, it's been working really well. But like I said; I've also got Scrap in the side if I ever need him. --CardApp (talkcontribs) 18:41, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

"maybe those who ran Force used it inefficiently"? Sorry, but with one use in the deck, Any use is inefficient. You literally can ONLY use it in one way. It's trash.--Helix-king (talkcontribs) 18:46, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

Machina Force is a free Monster Reborn and a free Special Summon for Machina Fortress (respectively); the biggest thing I want to get on the field as fast as possible and keep him there. I'd hardly say it's useless. With Machina Gearframe I can get Fortress in my hand and dump him; or if I have no other fodder in my hand with Fortress in it, I can summon Gearframe to get Machina Force, dump it, and put Fortress on the field. Easily searchable and easily disposable. It's not even remotely useless. I like using Scrap (even though I find him a little slow, he himself is useful) which is why I side decked him. I'm sorry we disagree on this; but the deck has worked really well with him in it. --CardApp (talkcontribs) 18:52, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

Whoa, whoa, whoa, back up, I didn't say didn't was useless. I said it has one use! Let me ut it this way, The Big Saturn is a 8 star that can be normal summoned with a cool effect, Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon is a 8 that can be normal summoned OR easily special summoned with a nice combo and works of the gadgets you already use, Perfect Machine King is a 8 star that also has a cool effect. Is searchability really worth giving up the ability to summon the Card? You have alternatives.--Helix-king (talkcontribs) 19:16, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

Here is my build. it is consistent and powerful.

Thats certainly a nice build; but I'm not running a Machina Gadget Geartown; otherwise I would be using something very similar to yours d: (it really is a nice build). Two of the eight stars you mentioned would work better in more specialized decks with different support than what I have. Big Saturn; well; I dunno. He might be interesting. What sets Machina Force apart from all these guys is that he can be searched for, added to my hand, and then discarded for a Fortress summon in the same turn I normal summon Machina Gearframe. I can't do that with these guys without remodeling my deck, and taking it in a way different direction than what I've already got. By using Force I'm not giving anything up, because Force is hard as hell to summon anyways, and it's more important to get Fortress on the field, which is very easily accomplished like this. Though, the mentioning of Gadjiltron and Machine King makes me want to run a gadget deck with them : P

Is Scrap really going to make that much of a difference? I can use Scrap to dump Fortress assuming I have two Gadgets in my hand or if I want to get Cyber Dragon in the grave for a Fusion Summon. I can also return two Gadgets to draw two cards; but that won't really work until late game (assuming I even last that long due to how fast paced everything is d:)

If this was a Geartown or Machine King related build, I would definitely not even be thinking about using Force. --CardApp (talkcontribs) 19:48, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

1)thank you for the complements, 2) Scrap is VERY important, as he recycles your search power for reuse + let's you draw. A very nice card indeed! And trust me, late game is where it counts, and This guy helps early, AND late.--Helix-king (talkcontribs) 21:10, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
