So these are his decks, please help, any bit is much appreciated. I don't have a name here other that some numbers, so i'll sign as S.O.R.D.G.

I don't know much about either Geminis or Synchros, but I run a Machina-based deck, so I can maybe help a bit there. Your cousin should get 3 copies of the Machina Mayhem structure deck. Its not that common to find in stores anymore, but you may have luck at a Toys R Us. That'll basically get it up and running pretty well. You should think about taking out:

All of the Reactors

Hand Destruction

Metalmorph

Rare Metalmorph

And you should add:

+2 Machina Fortress (Machinas are all about this guy, so you should try to get him out there as much and as quickly as possible)

+2 Machina Gearframe (can search any Machina when normal summoned, can get Fortress into your hand or Force when Fortress is in the grave, and is a solid beatstick to boot)

+1 Green Gadget (more food for Fortress summoning condition)

+1 Red Gadget (same as Green Gadget)

+1 Scrap Recycler (maybe, useful for getting Gadgets back into the deck for Fortress, as well as getting Fortress into the grave)

+1 Cyber Dragon

+1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon (with two Cyber Dragons it could be cool, especially if your opponent is using machines as well (a possible combo to side deck is using DNA Surgery to change your opponents monsters to machines for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon))

+2 Mystical Space Typhoon

+1 Dark Hole (because you can protect your own monsters with unions)

+2 Bottomless Trap Hole

+1 Mirror Force (cheap in the Marik structure deck)

+1 Torrential Tribute (same as Dark Hole (cheap on ebay, but good luck getting it by christmas eve))

My Machina deck is a bit different than this as I use the Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragons and the associated cards used to bring him out, as well as some synchros, so I'm not entirely sure how a straight-forward Machina deck should look. Fixed your decklists for you. Anyways, Gemini and Synchro are not exactly my specialties, but I run Machina Gadget as my main deck. It kicks ass, so I'll help you out with that one. Even if you're on a budget, it's easy to make a kick-ass deck with. First off, buy 2 Structure Deck: Machina Mayhem and 1 Structure Deck: Marik. Then run: 1 Force, 3 Fortress, 3 Cyber Dragon, 3 Gearframe, 2 of each Gadget, and 1 or 2 Peacekeepers. As is the monster count is way too high. Machina Gadgets rely heavily on Spells and Traps, and if your opening hand is loaded with monsters, you're in a lot of trouble. Next, add a third Solidarity, since Solidarity is a key component of this build, and the Solidarity build is much cheaper than the other one. Add the Book of Moon and Mystical Space Typhoon from Structure Deck Marik. Take the Monster Reborn from Gemini and add it. Also take Lightning Vortex, Hammer Shot, and Smashing Ground from Synchro. Add a second Shrink from Machina Mayhem. As for Traps, put in your 2 Dimensional Prisons from the Machina Mayhems, along with a Compulsory Evacuation Device or 2. Take the Sakuretsu from the Synchro and add it in. Finally, add Mirror Force from SD Marik, and you're set. Finalized Machina build below. Total cost: $30. Good deal, no? If you're worried about the price, just sell the Gravekeeper's stuff and the Allure of Darkness from SD Marik and you should be able to fully refund your purchases.
