I was having a look at the cards in Photon Shockwave and i came up with a deck idea, i was wondering if i'd missed anything important or easily over looked... Here goes;

If anyone makes suggestions please give reasoning, and don't flame it, as i said it was just a throw around idea.. No Extra deck as of yet, feel free to suggest for that also..

Not a bad deck. Go with Solemn Warning over Bottomless. Trap Stun isn't necessary this format-add two Mystical Space Typhoon. Threatening Roar isn't that great, so you should replace it with Torrential Tribute, Mirror Force, and Dark Hole. You're missing Monster Reborn, so you should replace Burial From a Different Dimension with it. Photon Lead isn't very good: replace it with two Pot of Duality or Foolish Burial and Book of Moon. You should add a bunch of Xyz Monsters: one Steelswarm Roach if you can afford it, three Gem-Knight Pearl when it comes out, one Vylon Disigma when it comes out, three Number 39: Utopia, one or two Wind-Up Armored Zenmeister until you can get Pearl, and three Number 16: Ruler of Color - Shock Ruler when it comes out. Adreus, Keeper of Armageddon and Tiras, Keeper of Genesis wouldn't hurt either. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 12:52, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

I agree with the Solemn Warnings over Bottomless, Trap Stun im running to protect my plays seeing as that's a weakness with the Batterymen themselves, I didn't see the missing Reborn so thanks! I'd of thought Duality was against the deck idea seeing as it's solely a special summon based deck, I understood it needed Xyz monsters but i hadn't added them yet. --Twitch105 (talkcontribs) 13:32, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

What I'm saying is that you don't need Trap Stun. With two more Mystical Space Typhoon you can do the same thing but without wasting a turn setting Trap Stun. Also, what about Threatening Roar? It's only worth using in a few decks and this isn't one of them. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 15:02, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

Also, you should replace Batteryman AA with Batteryman AAA-it lets you Xyz Summon really effectively. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 16:31, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

I disagree with the bit on Trap Stun. There are more targets in most Decks than you can cover with whatever combination of MST, Heavy Storm, and Solemn Judgment you draw, and Short Circuit will negate the disadvantage.
I would not recommend Photon Veil. You don't have cards to set your hand up and you have little to gain from Veil's effect. As for Burial from a Different Dimension, use Leviair the Sea Dragon instead; you can make it fast with PBP and it triggers Inferno Reckless Summon easily. 207.233.120.2 (talk) 16:30, September 23, 2011 (UTC)
Actually, I've tried Trap Stun in the only deck that really needs to lock Traps for a turn because it can then gain massive advantage it (other than Infernities), Gladiator Beasts, and it simply does not work this format-my opponent has next to no backrow. The only two decks where you should use this card are the above two: in Gladiator Beasts you use it becuase you can then blow up the Trap Cards with Gyzarus and don't have to waste the precious Life Points on Seven Tools (since you're paying half your LP for Jugdment/A Hero Lives and 2000 for Warning) and Infernities (because you win once your combos are being achieved). If Shock Ruler turns out to be expensive, 1 or 2 will do. BF2 likes to use 3, but honestly I can't see this deck ever using 3. :P This isn't quite Gadget Offering. 3 will be ok, though, since you have room. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 03:14, September 24, 2011 (UTC)
