The Game play say that that Karakuri monster must attack. And When they attack means that they are being attack target? if that's correct means that they will always be defense? Jokergaara 11:50, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Wrong. When a monster is an attack target, that means they're being attacked. --Gadjiltron 12:09, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Oh ok thanks so how does Karakuri deck play? sorry i just wanna checkJokergaara 12:34, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Karakuri seems to be based over changing battle positions of their own monsters (along with that of their opponent's), and taking advantage of this. Similar to Scrap monsters, they have effects that trigger when they are destroyed in battle, either due to their suicidal "must attack when able" effects, or when destroyed while in Defense position. --Gadjiltron 12:48, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

This from my view is a serious archtype. I mean it is not a pick-up-and-play deck. The duelist needs to know what they are doing with the positions of the monsters and how they work with other monsters and their support Spell and Trap. It can also use such cards as Guard Penalty. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on this tricky archtype.-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 17:46, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Zero Gravity can be helpful in this deck, changing positions, Earthquake, Stumbling, Tragedy, and cards that hurt the opponent for defense such as Pursuit Chaser, Search Striker Dark Mirror Force. I can see some pretty defestating combos with the above cards in this type of deck. :D Adamtheamazing64 19:04, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

The archetypes just keep getting better and better. Fallensilence 19:07, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Look at naturia and tell that's better than Blackwing?!Adamtheamazing64 20:05, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Ok well at least blackwings beat e-hero, d-hero and evil hero. Fallensilence 21:12, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Blackwings don't always win over Elemental Heroes... especially if they're splashed with something. Ever heard of Little City? Also, I would LOVE to see how Blackwings deal with a little winter breeze.--Akiza Izayoi 22:56, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

I meant popularity wise. And of course Elemental Heroes would pwn them. Fallensilence 01:15, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

The Naturia archtype is getting slower and slower. I know a lot of people won't understand what I mean but they are a lockdown archtype. They are designed to slow down duels and they are getting better at it.-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 06:31, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

That explains the turtle I saw in that archetype. Plus since your username has something to do with a turtle, that's a good explanation why you are talking about this in the first place. JK. Fallensilence 17:20, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

Lol, plus Naturia just can't catch up with the fast Blackwings anyways from gameplay, popularity, and power. I can't seem to like the archetype of plants with eye balls and random fruits with weird animals/garden mutants. Adamtheamazing64 22:20, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

Besides if they want to talk about going green, putting animals and vegetation in a card isn't it. Fallensilence 00:49, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Ha! I get it, nice one, but seriously, no more naturia after STBL. please!!! Give me some more infernities, or limit launcher so that OTK is gone. Adamtheamazing64 03:47, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

I think Crass Clown or Dream Clown kind of fit in Karakuri if you think about it. Fallensilence 04:31, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Not quite. The Karakuri tend to change their own battle positions about more, rather than either Crass or Dream Clown. What would fit, however, would be Machine Developer, seeing how they're all berserk machines. --Gadjiltron 07:19, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Lol, Naturias can still catch up to Blackwings. Have you seen their effects? You play a play a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster effect, they either negate it or become stronger. You special or normal summon, they then follow it up with a monster of their own. They can swarm pretty quickly and they put a lot of pressure on their opponents.-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 08:42, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

I still think that Naturia is a weird archetype. next we will see Naturia potatohead. just wait. XD Adamtheamazing64 16:13, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

And then wait until they get burned by fire decks, sure why not? Fallensilence 18:02, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

They say that Karakuri monster must attack but can i change it's battle position?Jokergaara 20:27, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

It's like Berserk Gorilla, if it can attack, it must, so if in def, then that effect is not applied. Adamtheamazing64 22:34, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

And Battle Mania too. Fallensilence 22:46, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Actually, it forces the opponent's current monsters on the field from the standby phase to battle, meaning they cannot change their positions. only monsters summoned after the effect. Adamtheamazing64 23:51, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, if a Karakuri monster is in DEF mode, it won't shift to ATK mode to attack the opponent. Also, I've made an attempt at a Karakuri deck: check it out. Runer5h 03:27, June 23, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Nice deck though I think you went overboard on the synchros. Fallensilence 17:46, June 23, 2010 (UTC)
