Well i have 1 question about the light pulsar eff (When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard: you can target 1 level 5 or higher dark dragon-type monster in your graveyard; special summon that target), i wanna know if this eff apply when is sent to graveyard as xyz material, for example, photon strike bounzer or constellar ptolemy m7.

- One of the strangest rulings ever created. Monsters that become XYZ material are treated to never have left the field Don't ask me how that works. All we know is that "If this card leaves the field" and "If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard" effects will trigger for monsters used as Xyz Material. Only effects that do not specify from where the card must enter the Graveyard trigger when the card is detached; "If this card is sent to the Graveyard:". --Eps01 (talk • contribs) 11:37, June 10, 2013 (UTC)
If "hieroglyph dragon king atumus" activates its effect, detaching an "Light Pulsar Dragon" treated as an Xyz Material, after the effect of "hieroglyph dragon king atumus" finishes resolving, the effect of "Light Pulsar Dragon" will activate.[7]

- NO, monsters used as Xyz Materials will NEVER being treated as "leaving the field", even if detached. However, a detached Material is treated as being "sent to the Graveyard". --XBrain130™「Ｘ頭脳１３０」 15:18, January 26, 2014 (UTC)
