Forum:Machinas of Justice

So I'm thinking of adding an archetype to my already made deck of Machinas: Allies of Justice. I figure, hey, they're pretty good with they're effects, and they're machine, so they can be powered up by my Solidarities and the like. Here's my Machina decklist:

Yeah, I have a deck size problem. I already have cards in mind to take out for AoJs (Draining Shield, the Valleys, a Lightning Vortex, maybe PWWB or Compulsory, Card Trader) But obviously, since I already have a deck size problem, I'm going to need some HEAVY rehauling. So, whatcha guys think? Tell me if you think the archetype mixture is a good idea, or any suggestions for ones that go better with Machina. I'm not especially wealthy, so I can only afford the easier to get AoJs, sadly. I have a couple recent ones (Thousand Arms, something Crusher) from Starstrike Blast, if that helps. So yeah, any and all opinions/suggestions are welcome and wanted. Thanks! 24.5.249.73 (talk) 07:18, December 13, 2010 (UTC)

Bump. 24.5.249.73 (talk) 23:23, December 13, 2010 (UTC)

Take out gear town, its no use if you only have Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon.

Actually, it's plenty useful. It's a very quick way to summon a key monster in my deck. Geartown, along with Gadj, are two cards I'd never take out of my deck, especially with the Magical Hats I'm going to get. 24.5.249.73 (talk) 03:20, December 15, 2010 (UTC)

I think you could drop Machina Force as it will rarely get summoned. It maybe useful for special summoning Machina Fortress but adding another Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon or a Ancient Gear Golem in my opinion would be more benefical. If you want more options to special summon Terraforming will help you find Geartown easier, Malevolent Catastophe and the already mentioned Magicial Hats will be your another way to destroy it. You may also wish to add some Ancient Gear Knights or Solidarity to create a more reliable high attack than relying on special summoning due to Geartown. All the best. Forgot to mention another machine card I am a fan of Blast Sphere Decarpe (talkcontribs) 12:38, December 15, 2010 (UTC) Decarpe

To the person commenting on Machina Force, It's searchable with Machina Gearframe to instantly revive Machina Fortress, so is faster than drawing into an Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon, For the deck itself, cutting it down to..

Should make it faster, while not costing you any more,

To Decarpe, yes, having at least one Force is highly convenient for my desk as Resk said. And when I first assembled this deck I had a blast sphere, yet my opponent would almost always diffuse the effect of it. Rest, thanks for the list! I'll give it some thought. 24.5.249.73 (talk) 23:31, December 15, 2010 (UTC)

I Expected Allies and Machinas

How much does your Deck hate "Dimensional Fissure"? "Mystical Space Typhoon" is adequate at dealing with it, but I think "Imperial Iron Wall" would be useful. Perhaps an additional "Scrap Recycler" would help, though I don't know what to replace.

@ Square - If you read my first post, you would find that a) the whole point of this thread in the first place is to ask about the AoJ-Machina concept and which AoJ cards to put in, and b) D-prisons run about $14-15 for two of them. As I also stated in the first post, I'm not wealthy enough to spend that much on just two cards. I'll think about the IIW idea though, I have been for a bit. AND TO ALL OTHERS THAT POST, please start giving opinions to the AoJ concept and what Machina cards to replace, not opinions on my deck and how it is right now. 24.5.249.73 (talk) 01:57, December 16, 2010 (UTC)

AoJ/Machina

Okay, I'm no expert on Allies of Justice, but maybe some Leeching the Light(Spell) could help? Since Allies target your opponent's LIGHT monsters, as does this card(You select one LIGHT monster your opponent has, all your monsters gain ATK equal to it's ATK for that turn), it could be useful.B. That's a good idea! Any AoJ monster suggestions?

More AoJ....

Again, I'm no expert, but it seems that some of the better AoJ are AoJ Core-Destroyer, AoJ Catastor.....I'd go to their article on this wiki for ideas/tips.B. MasterFlash (talkcontribs) 18:12, December 24, 2010 (UTC)
