I want to edit my deck so it revolves around using Red Nova Dragon. this is what i have in the deck so far:

I want this to be a synchro summoning deck, and I would like it if you could find a way to help this deck get Red Nova out in one tern or the first tern. --I may not be perfect, but thats who I am. (talkcontribs) 02:34, August 25, 2013 (UTC)

Exxod, Master of The Guard is an immediate anomaly I'm seeing that directly conflicts with the whole idea of the Deck. You don't have many Sphinxes in the Deck so you can't Summon it easily, which makes it a dead draw most of the time. Even if you do somehow get it onto the field, it doesn't really do much with aiding the Synchro Summon of Red Nova Dragon, and there aren't many effects you have that can make the most out of it.

Anomaly aside, let's think of how to make the most out of Red Nova Dragon's effects. The first hurdle comes to Summoning it - we'll need combinations of 2 Tuners that make up the remaining 4 stars, in addition to combos that make LV8 for Red Dragon Archfiend. For Tuners, they'll all need to fall within LV1 to LV3 to easily make Red Nova Dragon's Synchro condition, and thus we'll also need the ability to spawn enough non-Tuners to make up LV5 to LV7 for Red Dragon Archfiend. Tuners that Special Summon themselves or other Tuners will definitely be helpful, so things like Unknown Synchron, Junk Synchron, Spore, Fleur Synchron, Plaguespreader Zombie etc. make for good Tuners to use.

Then comes bringing out Red Dragon Archfiend. Dododo Warrior's a good starting point, since it's a high-level monster that can Summon itself at no additional cost. Things like Cyber Dragon, Gorz the Emissary of Darkness, Vice Dragon, etc are usually preferred because they can Special Summon themselves while retaining your Normal Summon for use on your Tuners. Instant Fusion can also bring out an easy LV5 monster for immediate Synchro Summons as well.

That's my opinions on how to refine a Deck geared towards bringing out Red Nova Dragon. There's a lot of work to do. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 04:20, August 25, 2013 (UTC)

It will take a bit of setup, but here's one way Red Nova Dragon can be done in one shot:

You need 2 specific cards in your hand and 2 other specific ones in your Graveyard. The main difficulty lies in setting this up, of course, ignoring whether you can easily gain access to those cards. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 07:15, August 25, 2013 (UTC)

I wasn't able to add many of the cards you have listed, but i have come up withthis for now:

anything else Id might need to take out/put in? --I may not be perfect, but thats who I am. (talkcontribs) 14:42, August 25, 2013 (UTC)
