So, does anyone know what the deal is between the 3rd and 4th erratas of "Scapegoat"? Is it true that as of the latest errata, we CAN Tribute the Tokens for a Tribute Set? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 02:00, January 19, 2013 (UTC)

Just simple burp, no worry. --iFredCat 02:02, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
"These Tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon."
means you cannot use the Tokens for a Tribute Summon or Set (translation problems).
"You cannot Summon other monsters the turn you activate this card (but you can Set)."
means you cannot Flip Summon, Special Summon, Tribute Summon or Normal Summon, but you can Normal Set a monster (without Tributes) or Tribute Set as long as the Tributes is not Scapegoat.
The way the card works has never changed... -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 02:12, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
Well, Ultimate wanna know why Konami decided to change that from full-prevent Summon/Set into half-prevent Summon? BP01 version declared that we can play the monster in face-down Defense Position while we couldn't done that in the past? --iFredCat 02:22, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
(Edit conflict) Mmmm... I don't know... If Sets don't qualify as Summons (but still use up the Normal Summon/Set for that turn), it seems odd that Konami specified in the 3rd errata: The "Sheep Tokens" cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon (or Set). This would mean Konami specifically set aside the term "Tribute Set". Then as of the 4th errata, they say you can Set monsters, but don't specify that you can't Tribute Set with the Tokens (the card only prohibits the Tokens from being Tributed for a Tribute Summon). --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 02:22, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
Just like I said before, just little hiccup and that's all. Y u so srius on dis case? --iFredCat 02:26, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
There aren't any OCG cards which say "Tribute Set" or "Tribute Summon or Set". Like I said above, the OCG lore always only says "Tribute Summon" and this refers to both Summon and Set.
I can't think of a reason for removing "or Set" apart from maybe they wanted to make the TCG lore closer to the OCG lore. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 02:36, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
