Helpful tips

Well your build was good but i feel a more spellcaster based build would be better

  • No Earthy's they arn't that good side them at most.
  • x3 of all fortune Ladies except firey x2 fiey's
  • Run x2 Witch of catabolllolollolos and fate (spelling fail) and Chaos Sorc is great also solidarity and secret village help alot
  • also thry to keep the monster restricted to the fortune ladies and spellcasters but at most 3 non fortune lady monsters.

Personally, I run a rather interesting variant called Fortune Monarchs. I think that one Earthy should be sufficient, but Bending Destiny could be a bit of a dead draw at certain points. I also run Different Dimension Gate and 2 Gold Sarcophagus to make the best use out of my Fortune's Futures - then again, as you already have your Cyber Valleys and Kinka-Byos, that may be enough. I also advise Magical Dimension (works with Light as long as you don't destroy a monster, or so I hear) and, well, having more Fortune's Future. As it's a +1 draw card, if I were you I'd max out and find ways to accomodate it. Runer5h 23:11, October 31, 2009 (UTC)Runer5h

Why not try Fortune Macro a decent number of Fortune Lady cards work well with removed cards so why not give it a try?--Berfomet 01:16, November 1, 2009 (UTC)

For the points raised by Berformet, Earthy is a good beatstick, though I may still drop her to 1, windy & waters are only good for card advantage, as apposed to actually doing any dmg, and they just sit there being weak, with windy being a dead draw if I control no others, and watery being a dead draw other than to stall with, Catoblepas and the Witch of Fate I was considering, but I didn't pull any, and that also brings up the slight problem of them just destroying it before special summoning, which isn't too hard. For Chaos Sorcerer, I don't have enough lights which are consistently in the grave, I had a few shots using Chaos Sorcerer + Copycat as a back up light (and being easily searchable with suicide functions, but I never got a chance to use sorc while I had him in hand, Solidarity won't work, as I have Krebons for syncro/tributing, as well as Cyber Valley / Gorz the Emissary of Darkness

For Runer, I based this upon your original Fortune Ladies deck, which is where I got the Kinka-byo and the ladies number setup from, I was meaning to grab some Magical Dimensions.. but I forgot (so what should I drop?). Gold sarc costs too much for me, and no-one wanted to trade theirs so.. I couldn't get any, And the only other person who pulled a Fortune's Future didn't want to trade it, but I might be able to get it next week. Different Dimension Gate is a nice idea though, so I might try and grab one. Finaly, I don't have enough Monarchs to make it that type, and tbh don't really want to :p, but due to the high number of ladies I run, it means unless I have a stardust or somthing, then Bending Destiny is usualy a good draw,

oh for censorship: Lighty has a 'almost' skin colour skin suit, Firey has a blue one for some reason.. the rest of them have dark colour suits, that match their element, so though they are less naked, they don't look too bad, (except Solitaire Magician)

Oh, and for berfomets last point, about macro, that would make my Fortune Lady Darky + Kinka-byo + Call of the Haunted a lot less effective, so that wouldn't work too well..

  • Found some Magical Dimensions, so swapped 1 in instead of a Fissure, think I should swap in a 2nd instead of an Earthy? or would that leave me with too many 'bad' targets in hand to summon (currently 5 'good' targets, 3 dark 2 earth)Resk 00:02, November 2, 2009 (UTC)
