Are there better draw cards out there than Allure, or cards that count as an opponents card eff? Should I make room for Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower?
Can I use Overpowering Eye on Vamp Lord while Vampire Kingdom is in play?

Because this card's ATK boost only takes effect during an actual attack, you can use the effect of "Overpowering Eye" in combination with a monster with 1550 to 2000 ATK (such as "Vampire Lady" or "Vampire Lord", to name monsters that fall within this card's archetype) and allow them to attack the opponent directly and deal more than 2000 damage for it. -Kungfu-mama (Talk) 18:03, October 26, 2013 (UTC)
