Forum:Warrior-ish synchro deck needs some help. (suggestions welcome)

First thought

Cut down the size of the deck, as there are way to many cards.

• It's going to have to be in monsters, as your traps and spells seem fine. I would have to have a bit more time to go through the entire deck list of monsters and I have to go to work, but first start at your Tuner Monsters, how many do you have you should probably get it to around 5, and then go to your tribute monsters, unless you have a ton of search cards in that deck list, pulling your tribute monsters should be the next step, I haven't gone through the entire deck list so I am just throwing out some ideas for you, hope it helps you out. Keep the Jinzo, and get your 8 tuner's or so down to 5. I would pull that Hyper Synchron unless it's remove at end phase effect only works on your Dragon Synchro Monsters, I am not familiar with the rulings of that card.

If you pull 3 or 4 of your tuner monsters, and Cyber Dragon you are down to 46 or 47 cards that should be a start.

You still have 48 cards

Here are some modifications and why I suggested them.

First off, remove Urgent Tuning it seems to only help you a little. You can only activate it during the battle phase, and the only way I can see it helping you is if you have the ability to synchro summon Turbo Warrior because of his effect to cut a 6th level Synchro monster's attack in half.

Remove Nobleman of Extermination because you use alot of trap cards that people consider Staples in decks, ie Mirror Force, and the like. So that card will hurt you as much as help you. ie you play Nobleman of Extermination and choose a card, it happens to be their Mirror Force you don't have your's set you have to destroy your's as well.

Pull Synchro Blast Wave as it only works when you have a Synchro monster on the field, other then that it is a dead draw, and more then likely someone is going to counter it and destroy it.

That is minus 3 cards, thus lowering your deck to 45, and once more I can't get to the monsters yet. I would say pull your other ones from your monsters. Try to get it to 40 no more then 43 which is what I say is the max I will go.

synchro's!!!

ok let me start off with i run and love my synchro's so from what i have learned is that u might want to take this cards out to make it smaller and there are very rare rare times when they will help, first u should lose

urgent tuning (only cuz u need to be able to make that synchro, and its only helpful when they attack u or ur attacking them then synchro for one more hit... keep it if u want but thats my call)

synchro boost (you shouldn't need to add a lvl to ur monster's)

fissure only cuz it kills the weakest attack, i'd go with smashing ground, and u should have one

Blizzd - Guard of the Ice Boundary not really, its like a jar of greed, u don't need them, his just a filler card, not good

ghost gardna no, and hyper... not really

mangna dragon not at all, u don't need that trust me

mataza and sasuke and snipe hunter, no again.. there effect is good but not for tuning .. well in book at lest, u don't have to take anything out but this is my thought

Removed: Synchro Blast Wave, Nobleman of Extermination, Ghost Gardna, Urgent Tuning, Synchro Boost, Blizzd - Guard of the Ice Boundary, Fissure, Snipe Hunter, Mataza the Zapper and Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke.

i need Hyper Synchron :| otherwise im gonna be damn low on tuners.

• Gaia the Fierce Knight is a regular tribute monster, did you mean to say Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth as he is a sychro monster thus being in your extra deck.
