ok i made a powerful water deck. and i want it to be able to summon shooting star dragon can i get a hand?

Truth is, A Legendary Ocean is same name as Umi, so you cannot have both in same deck at maximum number (3 each). So either you have to choose Umi OR A Legendary Ocean. So better removing Umi, since ALO doing better job with stall stuff. You also need Dark Hole, Pot of Avarice, and few staple cards. Where are your Extra Deck btw? you dont need stardust. also, a legendary ocean and umi are not the same when they are in your deck, only when they are on your side of the field. so... yeah. and you could use faster synching monsters, like idk, junk synchron, bc your deck doesnt really have a strategy.
1) Don't necro bumb
2) Stardust is always good
3) A Legendary Ocean is treated as Umi at all times, including in the deck, so Fredcat is correct.
