Hi guys,

I have just written an Android app to facilitate the process of looking up a card's information:

The app has an offline database of all current TCG and OCG cards. Apart from general information about a card like ATK, DEF, lore, etc. the app also contains the rulings, tips and trivia of each card, which makes it very convenient to look up information when you don't have access to the internet.

All data in the app was pull from this Wikia.

I hope that it will be useful for everyone. Suggestions are welcome! If you encounter any bugs, let me know!

This looks so amazing, too bad I don't have any Android device, only Apple. Aren't you planning on releasing an iOS program like this? (or a way to get it in an iPhone?).

Downloaded it, and it's pretty handy. Just a couple of questions: Do you only have cards that have been released, or are confirmed to be released in the TCG on here? Cause I could only find Superheavy Samurai Warlord Susanowo from OCG only. Also, I assume that updates will be a happening thing? Sanokal K-T (talk • contribs) 01:44, November 28, 2014 (UTC)

All TCG and OCG cards are in the app. If the card is on the wikia, you will see it in the app (unless you are in offline mode and that card is too new that the database is not updated yet). Still, Susanowo is in there. I don't know why you can't find it, but you can just type any part of the name in and it will show up (for example type in "susa").

As for the update, I will keep updating the offline database about once a month. Of course if you have access to the internet, the database is always up to date. Chinhodado (talk • contribs) 02:32, November 28, 2014 (UTC)

This is a very cool app; TwoTailedFox pointed it out to the other admins a couple days ago. =) If it's not too much trouble, could you add that it's not affiliated with the wiki as well? Sure, no problem. I don't think it would cause any misunderstanding since I never claimed to be affiliated with the Wikia anyway, but I will add that to the About section if you want to :)

Also, I have not thought about affiliation before, but that's also kinda cool. After all, I made the app open source on Github (https://github.com/chinhodado/ygodb) and everyone can contribute to it. Google removed the app from the Play Store because of trademark issues. Even though there are dozens of apps out there with the word "Yugioh" in their name...
