Kupoinicus Alexander Ajan[edit]
Kupoinicus (Kupoin, Kupo, Kups, K) is a student at the Duel Academy and member of the Obelisk Blue Dormitories. He is ranked SS-9, according to the International Dueling League, and is ranked SS-1 by the Duel Academy's Headmaster. He operates an incredibly powerful 'Burn' deck, consisting almost entirely of spells and monsters with powerful direct-damage effects. Despite being rank 9 in the Super-Super Tier, his skill as a duelist far surpasses that of what the I.D.L. states. He is a long-time rival with Ryo, both of them being top-rankers and equal in skill. Their Win - Lose ratio versus each other is tied; 3766 to 3766.
During the Initiation Tests to judge which Dormitory you were placed in, Kupoin scored perfect on all questions of the written test. When it came to dueling, he did better than perfect; the student he was dueling, a Ra Yellow, was reduced to 0 LP in the middle of his second turn, creating the first OTK in the history of the Duel Academy's entrance tests.
In truth, little else is known about Kupoin's time before Duel Academy. He's not been open to conversation about it, and his file has nothing on any relatives he may have. For all intents and purposes, he seemed to have never existed before the Academy.
