In response to your question on 107s talk page[edit]
At this point it looks as if there are 107 Number cards (although not all have been revealed), not counting Fake Numbers and upgrades/alternate versions of them (ala Number C and Utopia Roots), although it wouldn't be surprising if there is a Number 108 just because of number symbology, but essentially it is presumably that the first 1-100 (inclusive) Number cards are Astral's memories and together they have the location of the Numeron Code split between all 100, where as 101-107 (inclusive) are seemingly created by the Seven Barian Emperors and are representative of there souls or some such, although it is speculated that they are the key to the Numeron code. It isn't really understood why they exist, but they can be considered to be separate to the first 100 Numbers. There is a theory that i have heard that the Over-Hundred Numbers were created by Don Thousand or with his power and merely given their form by the Emperors, and that these seven function as a lock on the Numeron code until he can access it, so as to prevent anyone else getting hold of it if someone else finds the 100 numbers first.
