The first one was just added by a random IP user, which was not only badly formatted, it was wrong, as you said it.

The "If "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon" is destroyed, you can later use "Overload Fusion" so you can re-use the Fusion Material Monsters to Fusion Summon "Chimeratech Overdragon". " tip is about using Overload Fusion for Chimeratech Overdragon, using the Machines that are in the graveyard, which were previously sent there for Fortress Dragon. Which is fine.

The Metamorphosis one involves Tributing Fortress Dragon for the cost, to Special Summon a Cyber Twin Dragon. Which is also fine.
