The Flute of Summoning Dragon is a Normal Spell Card that allows the user to Special Summon two Dragon-Type monsters from their hand, and is especially useful in getting out Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Red-Eyes B. Dragon, or other high level Dragon monsters. Also, since this card only requires Lord of D. to be on the field and not on your side of the field, you can use it if your opponent has it on the field and your don't.
