OCG Rulings
- "If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can activate 1 of these effects." effect is a Trigger Effect. You choose 1 "●" when this effect is activated.[1]
- This effect can be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- "Add 1 face-up "DD" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand." effect does not target.[1]
- "DDD Caesar the Wave Overlord" can be targeted by the effect of "DD Lilith". If you do, "DDD Caesar the Wave Overlord" is not added to your hand, and is returned to the Extra Deck instead.[2]
- "D.D. Crow" cannot be targeted by the effect of "DD Lilith". This effect can only target "DD" monsters like "DD Night Howling" and "DDD Hell Armageddon the Cruel End Overlord".[3]
