The man had "Tri-Horned Dragon", one Set card, and 1000 Life Points. Mai had "Harpie Lady" equipped with "Cyber Shield", two Set cards, and 2200 Life Points left. "Tri-Horned Dragon" attacked "Harpie Lady" and Mai activated "Mirror Wall", halving "Tri-Horned Dragon's" ATK. The man then activated Rush Recklessly to raise its ATK to 2125, but Mai activated Fairy's Hand Mirror, transferring the effect of "Rush Recklessly" to "Harpie Lady", raising her ATK to 2500. It destroys "Tri-Horned Dragon", winning her the duel.
- This card can be seen during episode 159 when Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor are taken to vault within Doma's headquarters that contains copies of every card in existence at the time save the Legendary Dragons and the Egyptian Gods.

- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 9, Yusei sent this from his Deck to the Graveyard due to "Iron Chain Snake's" effect. In this instance, the "Tri-Horned Dragon" card was backwards
- In episode 10, many of the cards in Yusei's Graveyard are shown, including "Tri-Horned Dragon". In this instance the card is the right way around.
