This card shares the same ATK and DEF as "Chaos Sorcerer", along with a similar effect. This card can attack while "Chaos Sorcerer" cannot when it banishes a monster.
Looking closely, one can see that this monster's bow is connected to its hand at the wrist.
This card looks strikingly similar to Eva Unit 00, from the series Neon Genesis Evangelion.
