• This is the first WIND "Junk" monster.

• This is the Cover Card of Extreme Victory.

• This card is named after and physically based on the Norse Berserkers.

• This card resembles Great Axe Armor, an enemy from Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.
  • This card also resembles Berserker of Khorne, an Unit from Warhammer series.

• This is the first "Junk" Synchro Monster to be the Cover Card of a Main Series Booster Pack.
  • This card is the final booster pack Cover Card during the 5d's era. It will most likely be the last synchro monster to be a booster pack Cover Card for some time considering that Cover Cards in the ZEXAL era are normally Xyz monsters

• This is the first "Junk" Synchro Monster to share the Level of a preexisting monster; in this case, "Junk Archer".

• This card's effect has the same cost as "Junk Blader", except its effect decreases your opponent's monster's ATK.

• This card's original ATK is the highest among all other "Junk" monsters.
  • In the anime, this card's original ATK is 2500 instead of 2700.

• This card is the first "Junk" monster to be printed as a Ghost Rare.
  • It is also the fourth Synchro Monster card used by Yusei Fudo to be printed as a Ghost Rare. The first three are "Stardust Dragon", "Majestic Star Dragon", and "Shooting Star Dragon", all of which were related to each other.

• The face on this card's codpiece was edited to be on the chest in the international artwork. However, the OCG artwork still appears on the TCG cover of Extreme Victory.
  • This is the second cover card to have its art altered, the first being "Dark Magician of Chaos".

• This card has a slight resemblance to Mordekiser the Master of Metal in the game League of Legends
