- This card is named after and physically based on the Norse Berserkers.
- This card resembles Great Axe Armor, an enemy from Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.
- This card also resembles Berserker of Khorne, an Unit from Warhammer series.
- This is the first "Junk" Synchro Monster to be the Cover Card of a Main Series Booster Pack.
- This card is the final booster pack Cover Card during the 5D's era.
- This is the first "Junk" Synchro Monster to share the Level of a preexisting monster; in this case, "Junk Archer".
- This card's effect has the same cost as "Junk Blader", except its effect decreases your opponent's monster's ATK.
