- This monster heavily resembles "Supreme King Z-ARC", and has similar flap-like marks seen on both "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon" and "Purple Poison Magician" (though in the latter's case, the marks are part of the outfit and not the actual monster). This monster's head also resembles "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon".
- This is the only "Supreme King Dragon" monster without a Dimension Dragon counterpart.
- However, it could be argued that, due to its similar design, this monster is a downgraded form of "Supreme King Z-ARC".
- This card has a LIGHT counterpart: "Supreme King Dragon Lightwurm"
- This card appears in the artwork of "Miracle of the Supreme King".
